A conversation reaches the right person. A story gives someone language for something they have been carrying alone. A teacher offers a framework that changes how someone sees what comes next.
A person realizes that what they thought was the end of one chapter may actually be the beginning of another. We cannot know in advance which moment will matter to which person. We can create more ways for those moments to find them.
