Why This Exists
We live in a world overflowing with information.
We're told what to buy, how to think, who to become, how fast we should get there. We have access to more knowledge than any generation before us, and somehow, more people feel disconnected than ever. From their bodies. Their relationships. Their work. Their joy. Their own ability to choose.
Most of us aren't living lives we intentionally built. We're living lives that accumulated — one decision, one habit, one year at a time — until we wake up asking, how did I get here?
We don't think that question is a failure. We think it's an invitation.
We believe awareness changes what's possible. When you see yourself more clearly, you create differently. When you reconnect with your body, your relationships, and your values, you start living with intention instead of momentum. We're not here to hand you a new identity — we're here to help you recognize the one that's been waiting underneath the noise.
Welcome
We didn't build this weekend to be a conference.
We built it because most of us are starving for a conversation we never get to have — the one underneath the small talk, underneath the pitch decks and the highlight reels. The one where someone actually asks how you're doing and stays in the room for the real answer.
The Creator's Awakening is that room. A weekend to put down the performance of having it together, and get curious instead — about what you're actually building, what it's costing you, and what your body and your people need in order to hold it.
We're Madison and T². We didn't come to this from theory. We came to it from years of watching people — ourselves included — build impressive lives on top of disconnection, and calling that success. This weekend is what we wish someone had made for us.
Come as you are. Leave with something truer.

Madison Sinclair
Founder: Business Doula and Energy Alignment Refiner
The One Who Holds Your Hand and Feeds You the Truth.
Madison has spent her career walking into what's falling apart — companies mid-collapse, teams that stopped trusting each other, founders who can't say out loud that they're drowning — and helping people find their footing again fast enough to move. Boardrooms know her as the one who gets called in when nothing else has worked. What most people don't know is that the same gift that steadies a business steadies a person. She doesn't switch instruments. She just points the same clarity somewhere more tender.
That's what sits behind her two titles. Business doula — because an entrepreneur's idea is their baby, and they raised it. Madison doesn't come in to take it away or tell them they raised it wrong. She comes in as the person who can look at that baby with love and honesty at the same time, gently naming what needs attention before it becomes something bigger. Energy alignment refiner — because most of what looks like a business problem, a relationship problem, or a "why can't I get out of my own way" problem is actually the same problem: something inside a person or a system is out of alignment with what's true, and it's been buried under noise instead of removed. Refining means clearing what's covering the thing that already works. Not adding more. Taking away what's in the way.
That's her range: executive strategy sessions on one end, a single chair across from a single person on the other. Both get the same version of her — direct, grounded, fully present, unwilling to rush you past something real.
Nothing is off the table because nothing about being human is off the table. Madison isn't here to give you an answer. She's here to sit in the room, hold what you're feeling as valid, and stay until you find the answer that was already yours.
What she'll sit with you in
Business and leadership, when the real problem isn't on the spreadsheet. Relationships — including the ones that don't fit the standard script. Grief, in whatever form it's taken. What you were taught intimacy and connection are supposed to look like, and what's actually true for you. The real mechanics of communication. Staying centered when everything around you isn't — nervous system regulation and meditation as things you can actually use, not just talk about. And the lived, everyday reality of an ADHD brain, without the shame or the productivity-hack spin.
T²
Founder, Philosopher, Host, Wellness Connoisseur · Bodied by T Squared
T² believes the body isn't a separate project from the rest of your life — it's the ground everything else stands on. You can't think your way into alignment if your nervous system never gets the chance to settle. You can't build a life of intention on a body you're running on empty.
Through Bodied by T Squared, his work is about the everyday things that actually hold a life together: what you eat, how you move, how you rest, and the small choices that add up to how you feel every single day. That's his awakening in motion — wellness, expressed as practice.
At The Creator's Awakening, T² is woven through every part of the weekend — the food, the movement, the conditions that let your body stay open enough for the conversations Madison is holding. If you've ever wondered why your energy, your habits, or your relationship with food don't match what you're trying to build, this is where that gets real.
A note on how we work together
Madison holds the room. T² holds the ground beneath it.
Neither of us is here to tell you who to become — we're here to help you see what's already trying to take shape, and give it the conditions to hold.
We're part of a founding team — with Geo D, Jessica, Coach Carter, and Nina Bowden — each of us carrying the I AM work through our own focus. Madison and T² hold the room; the others hold the brand, the coaching, the strategy that built the community you're walking into.
